FAQ before f-tra EFO implementation

What is required for introduction?

You can activate EFO functions by implementing tags which you can get on the dashboard after initial settings into the forms.

Please tell me the flow of introduction.

1）Our Company　：Complete initial settings and deliver account login information within 5 business days.
2）Client：Implement tags under test environment and validate operation.
3）Client：(If it is necessary) Modify settings.
4）Client：Contact to our company after implement tags under production environment and validate operation.
5）Our Company　：Check the log numbers next days and activate functions.

What is the minimum days for activation after application?

In general, we require 5 business days include our initial setting service. After that client implement tags under test environment and validate operation. It depend on how long does it take to implement tags under production environment, usually client can activate our service 6 to 10 days after application.

What is the minimum requirement to the applicant for introduction?

Just implement tags into the form and validate operation under both test environment and production environment.

Are any special software installations required for introduction?

You can access the dashboard and report from regular web browsers. Please refer downloaded reports with Microsoft Excel.

How much of web literacy is required to use dashboard.

HTML basic knowledge is preferable but not necessary.

How is the tag to implement looks like?

We require to implement 2 lines of tags into HTML page of your forms. It does not conflict or effect to your servers and network systems.

Is it necessary to renew the tags after the setting of input assist functions?

It is not necessary.
It is possible to switch ON/OFF of input assist functions on the dashboard without reimplementation of the tag.

Is it possible to use and install our product with tag manager?

Yes, it is.
We ask client to install by yourself for this case.

Is it possible to register Google Tag Manager?

We ensure the operation of our service for registration of f-tra EFO tag into Google Tag Manager.

Is it installable with SSL pages?

Yes, it is.

Can we use f-tra EFO with Smart Phones or Feature Phones?

You cannot use our service with feature phones.
You can use this with smart phones. If the URL of smart phone is same as PC's, you can use our service usder the same price.

Available browsers?

For Windows: IE10 or later, Latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari
For Mac: Latest version of Safari, Firefox
For iPhone：Safari (iOS7 or later)
For Android: Google Chrome（Version 4.2 or later）

Are there any forms which unable to install?

Basically, if it is the form of PC or Smart Phone, you can install our service.
If some of the items which do not have name attribute, it is impossible to activate input assist functions for those items. Even for this case, if client fix HTML file according to our direction, it is possible to install our product.
In case if the error of JavaScript program occurs in the form, you cannot activate some input assist functions. For this case, we navigate client to revise the source too.

If there are branches of page transition in the form, is it still possible to install the product?

Yes, it is.
After you register each pattern of input pages to EFO complete initial setting of each pages and implement each tag to each pages, you can use EFO functions.

Is it possible to install, if temporary registration system by email existing during the page transition?

Yes, it is.
We count the case when user go to the input page from URL link in the mail as a transition log as well as regular page transitions.

Is it possible to install the product to the form which items are added real-time corresponding to the input details?

Yes, it is.
It enables as you register including hidden items on HTML.

Is it possible to install the product to the form which items of next page changes corresponding to the input details?

Yes, it is.
It enables with the reinstallation of next page patterns as separate input pages.

Can we install f-tra EFO to Form ASP or Cart ASP?

It depend on what type of ASP you are using.
If you can implement the tag into each page of HTML, it is possible. We confirmed that you can install with these ASPs. If your ASP is not on the list, please let us know. We are going to check if it is editable or not.

Is it installable if client put parameter to the URL and adopt another form?

Yes, it is.
If you manage separate form with the parameter and input items are common, you can use our service as one form with common tags. (Number of data on the report will be aggregated.)

If you use iframe for the form is it installable?

Yes, it is.
You have to implement tags in the HTML that iframe read to.
"Exit Blocker" function is not use under this situation.

Is it possible to activate EFO functions with the form you cannot access directly from outside?

If the form itself in in intranet and cannot access from outside, you can install EFO under the environment of the PC or Smart Phone internet access.

URL of our site changes actively, is it possible to install under this situation?

Our ASP service does not refer URL, if URL is active or the URL have parameters, it does not cause any problems.

Our form is dynamic page, is it installable?

You can use our EFO with dynamic pages as long as the name attribution of the input tag element is fixed.
(Even if the element of input tag changes, you can set every possible name attribution and it works regularly.)

Are there any limitation of character code of HTML in the form?

No. EFO is active under any kinds of character code of HTML in the form.

How is the structure of service supply structure?

How is the system reliability?

We guarantee reliable system operation with 24hours 365 days continuous monitoring.

With the implementation of EFO, load of the site increase?

EFO causes few correspondences between user and our analysis servers but it actually does not affect the access between user and your site and the load of the site does not change after EFO implementation.

In case of system failure, what is your action for this?

We locate and correct the fault and report to client as soon as possible.
Our system never interrupt users input, even under system failure, because our input assist functions do not work unless tag had read collect.

Please tell me the detail of data backup.

What is input assist plan?

You can use input assist functions and reporting functions.
After the implementation of the tag into the form, you can install input assist functions to the form and you can monitor the log of visitors and operations from the reporting screen.

What is the UI improvement plan?

You can use input assist function of the input assist plan and reporting functions, in addition to this, you can utilize the function to optimize the display for the smart phone.

Short contract less than three month available?

We offer initial setting service for free to the three-month basis contract. Because of this reason, basically we accept only three-month basis contract.

Are there any discount for lump-sum payment?

We do not accept the discount for lump-sum payment.

If the site have so many forms, how is the price changes?

Basically, the price will not change.

When is the start date of one month free trial?

The next day that client implement tag on the production form under production environment and our company confirmed the logging data acquisition.

Does logging data send to our company include any personal information?

We do not receive any data which include personal information that specify the user.

Please tell me the detail of logging data which the tool acquires.

Cookie of each user session and UU (Our tool creates our own cookies), Screen ID which user accessed, date of form access, existence of inputs / errors for each input tag element in the form (do not collect the detail information of inputs or errors) User session IP・User agent.

Our company have many websites. The contract unit is each domain basis?

Yes, we offer domain basis contract.

Is there any problem with the patent right?

No. Please ask the detail to the sale person in the office.
